Well, I'm Kevin aka crunchy_pickle aka Pickle. I've been going to City Club for about 9 years, and I write both synthpop and Industrial music. I write primarily in my modest home studio above City Club. Other than that, I'm just looking to meet some new people from the area (I grew up downriver and just moved here about ten weeks ago) to hangout with and maybe even collaborate with musically.

If you live close enough, are old enough (18+ for City Club) and/or are ever in town you  may want to check out "DGN Night" on saturdays. (two pinned topics near the top, one for "whos going" the other for "who went last week?".

Current location? Curently, I reside in Detroit in the Ramada where City Club is located. For those of you who don't know, they have apartments on a few of the floors. I found a decent 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room, and kitchenette, with 2 views (corner of the building) of Downtown Detroit. So far I love it here.

Where from? I'm from Wyandotte originally. I've moved around quite a bit.

Work? I work at DTE Energy. I also run a business called NPC Gaming. We provide web and game server hosting services. I plan on starting a new company within the next few weeks called RemiTECH offering pre-paid PC hardware labor services.

School? I went to Rooselvelt High School in Wyandotte, Henry Ford Community College, and am finishing up my bachelor's degree and working towards my masters at the University of Phoenix (online).

Kids? My daughter is 8 years old and will be 9 in December. There are pictures of myself and her at www.androidloveslave.com/pics.html

Married? I'm too young for that ;)

Single? My most recent ex girlfriend and I split up on good terms. She decided she had to run away before she got any closer, because she really wasn't comfortable with the idea that I have a child.

Hobbies? I write music, dance, shoot pool, bowl, travel, date, read, write, throw occassional pre city club parties (and post parties too sometimes), and am pretty open to anything.

Other Stuff? I'm 27 years old, I have very strong opinions about the way things should be. I dislike organized religion, democrats, republicans, corporate greed, our less than adequate school systems, and our national wasteful spending habits.

I think all people should be treated with the respect they deserve regardless of race, sexual preference, religious beliefs, political leanings, moral codes, age, gender, handicap, or anythine else that is a part of that person's individulaity.

I love the ocean and miss the sound of it. Its been a while since I've had the time to travel. I love walking on the beach at night. I love looking at the stars with someone special, and freezing that moment as if its all that matters in this world. I'm a caring and affectionate person. I love my friends, and would give them the shirt off of my back if they needed it. I try to treat people the way I would like to be treated. I'm a hopeless romantic, and I believe in true love.

Is that personal enough for now? Hehe.

Oh man....that is the greatest name.  It amuses me so much for some reason.

Anyway, welcome!

Most of these are short clips that I posted for my friends to listen to prior to the pending relase of my first cd under this project. I'm also currently working on releasing an industrial cd as well.
