Saw:

NoDrew: Showed up the latest, and, therefore, had the most style by default.

Shade Everdark: I didn't see the shades come out, but the Everdark persona was everpresent.

Luthien: The hair is getting longer, thereby increasing his sexiness.

Onyx: Making the trip out from GR just for me? I doubt it, but it'd be so nice if it were true!

Disturbed Mania: Becoming a more regular regular than me? Maybe, but definitely a much cuter regular.

Dark Chylde: Very dark, not so much child like, though. Oh, but ver' chylde-like.

Proscrire: Raises the cone of power, then leaves. Typical.

Cthulhu: Unfortunately, became horrified at the sight of Polar Express and had to leave early.

The speakers were fixed! Was some of the DJ equipment replaced, too? There was some problem with songs stopping... but it did not detract from the overall excellent mood and playlists.

I really meant to go Friday, even drank a bunch of caffeine at Phee's concert, but once I sat down and started watching a movie, I conked out about 11:30 (rough week).

Saturday night was fun! wow - lots of DGNers there! Just lots of interesting people in general, several amazing conversations, good aura in the club. Gawd, best time I've had since I can remember. Improved my mood about 1000 times over.

Ok, here's where I start sweating bullets. I have a really hard time remembering who I saw.

Of course I drove out just because of you Jarod If I didn't see you there I would've turned around and went back home.

Who was the fellow in black with long hair (yeah, that narrows it down) who was chatting about how he likes the new board? ack - I should know. Everyone get recognizable photo avatars pleeease! My mind is going y'know, and I need the help. Was that you Luthien? Curse my memory...

I also spotted Shade but didn't get to chat.

Saw and chatted with Disturbed Mania - yay, finally met you! Saechlyn was here and if I misspelled it - sorry but I can't find any posts here. Someobody nab her and force her to register, heh. DarkChylde was there chatting in the DGN circle, heh - along with Jarod too and Proscrire was there? Darn, don't think I saw her.

A couple more people I can not pull out of my tired brain.

Lots of good conversation and beautiful freaks and I have to ask myself why I don't go every weekend. (Oh yeah, I forgot I have a job - damn thing). I don't care though, go ahead and say I'm crazy for driving over! It's totally worth it. Detroit just has the best mix of people. Chicago has nicer clubs, yes, larger, glitzy and clean, and so does Toronto, but nothing and nowhere is like Detroit.

I danced in my goofy witch boots! hehe. The speakers DID sound better! and there was actually a few squares of toilet paper in the bathroom. amazing.
