$300 for smaller, $325 for larger, plus utils. 1 year lease, 1 mo.

security deposit. House has wireless internet, washer & dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, a back deck with BBQ, and common areas with TV/DVD/cable both upstairs and in the basement. Less than 10 minutes from the Metro Airport, 20-25 minutes to downtown Detroit, 25-30 minutes to Ann Arbor.

Housemates are a man in his 30s and a transgender man (FtM) in his 20s. Please be open-minded. We're both fairly quiet and accommodating.

Neither of us drinks or smokes, though there is alcohol in the house.

Currently two cats in residence, but one will be leaving. One or two more welcome.
