My mom has old timers (alzheimers)

My dad is fine. He is one sharp man in fact he has a photographic memory.

Anyway my brother is a vulture. He is horrible. My sis already squared away the will stuff last year.

And with her being the one who has pitched in the most, she is getting the least. She is a good person that way.

My brother just tried to get power of attorney over my dads afairs behind his back and has the nerve to wonder why we are so upset.

There are these turkey vultures that nest in the trees by my moms house...I said don't look now but my bro is in that flock just waiting...

He wants to get all my dads properties and leave them to his church because my sis and I not being baptist anymore are evil satanists and would be furthering the devils cause no matter what we do I guess he wants to leave EVERYTHING to his church.

He even had some guy my sis never met write her and tell her how evil being catholic is.

Now my mom still wants me to maintain a relationship with my bro and I have not talked to him in years and really don't want to I don't know what to do. I will tell him what I think and it will get no where.

If I try to talk to him nothing I say is any good unless I rededicate myself to the church ect...

And my kids well one is living in the house here and I think he wants to take it out from under us...as she is goth. Pagan. And well she had a g/f for awhile.

I guess I could write him but it won't do any good I don't know what to say...I love you but back off?

Wow...sounds like my family...but we always have physical conflicts...like the many times when my uncles both get drunk and pull out their pistols...holidays are always awesome!

Well if the will is already finalized there is not much he can do about it. Although if it's not official, have a lawyer go over it and get it notarized and what not. That way he can't do shit.
