May want to add "Drink some water" to that routine then...

I do...but if I drink to much water...my phlegm get uber-runny & I choke...I drink 2-3 glasses a day..& eat allot of vegetables..well..allot for how much food I eat in all...more than anything..I can honestly say..Americans eat TO MUCH!

Well, that's a good reason then. I'm kinda shocked by the 2-3 glasses though, I drink like 2-3 liters/day.

I have to drink that much, otherwise my workouts would kill me from dehydration alone. I don't think I've ever been water-drunk...

I might broach upon 2 liters...if I have been exceedingly strenuous (like putting in/ripping out a fence, or garage)...but my exercises are all yoga & Tai-Chi based...
