Um. Yeah, I'm Polish. And I'm notorious for locking my keys in the car, but a) I don't think my heritage is causative of the key issue (pun), and b) how does that warrant murder/severe injury with a firearm at close range, and c) did you know I'm also Scottish and not very happy with you right now?

I solved my problem by magnetically attaching a small box with a spare key to the underside of my vehicle. Now that it's there, I haven't ever had to use it.
