Guest Megalicious
*sigh* Do they have to make every book I love into a movie. It was one of my favorites a a child and now its one of Keegan's favorites. When he is crazy I yell "Wild thing" and Keegan says " Ill eat you up" LOL .. so adorable... People in this day and age have lost a good portion of their imagination. Books are to hard to read. TV and Movies are much easier to just sit your kids in front of and zone out. Its a sad sad state of things. Such a shame in my opinion. This doesn't mean i think they shouldn't make these movies. Its just sad that the movies will and are replacing some of the best literary works ever done.

Just the social pressures to "watch the movie" are so heavy, along with the lack of time/energy to follow the "classic" source material being difficult to maintain.
