Yes, the thing about pork and worms is VERY VERY false! Always has been and always will be an urban legend. Besides, when you cook meat of any sort (FISH has worms in it, actually, like little paraside nodules and flukes and shit, not sure if it's worms, but I'm a fisherman and they're loaded with parasites), it kills all parasites/worms/etc ANYWAY so even if pork did have worms in it, you'd be killing them when you cook it.

I will say that pork DOES have toxins in it, it is considered dirty and yes, you should limit consumption more than with beef or chicken. Catfish, shrimp, crab/lobster, and pork are four of the most toxin-loaded meats you can eat in the world (I guess the bible was right, huh?). Pigs do not sweat, and therefore cannot sweat out toxins, catfish are bottom feeders who do not have scales on their bodies so toxins wash right through their skin, yet stay in their body once they are in there, and lobster/crab/shrimp are all bottom-feeding shellfish and eat crap and gross shit which, due to their hard exoskelton, stays in their body unable to escape.

I just realized a couple days ago that Monday, July 13th, is when I am taking my big certification test. Therefore, I will be spending the entire weekend before holed up and studying (and not doing things like drinking and killing brain cells) and trying to eat and sleep well. OH...and Jynxxxed/HW, I transfered the money from my PayPal to my checking account, but PayPal says that it may take 3-4 business days. When the money is in the bank and I order the lot, I will PM the both of you.

Okay, BUUUUMPING to remind everyone that MANFAST is less than NINETEEN FUCKING DAYS AWAY! Anyone who wants to make last minute reservations MESSAGE ME.

And I have an announcement about an issue with reserving for one day. I tried to make Jynxxxed/HeadWreck's one day Saturday reservation and was informed by the Park system that for some RETARDED reason, you cannot make one day reservations. While that does not make sense WHAT-SO-EVER this presented a problem in making the reservations for Mr. and Mrs. Wreck, since they were only making a reservation for Saturday, they wouldn't let me.

HOWEVER, not only did I figure out a solution to this problem, it's a BETTER situation than what was going to be in the first place. But all parties must agree to it. Here's my proposition:

Nerdcore and her boyfriend plan to stay for both Friday and Saturday night. Since The Eternal and Bean Water were only going to go for Friday night, they were planning on sharing a lot with Nerdcore and Nerdcore was going to make the reservation around July 1st (the lot is still available, btw, just checked this morning). This would leave Nerdcore's lot half empty on Saturday.

I'm suggesting that The Eternal and Bean Water stay on their lot as planned on Friday, but then Saturday Jynxxxed and HeadWreck could take their place, which would also cut costs a BIT more for Nerdcore.

This is just an idea and if anyone disagrees to it, I'm not trying to force anyone. It's just that, imo, this seems like the most logical answer. It would also leave no "odd lots" where there are people missing, both nights would have four people on the lot, and would help to keep the DGN family closer on the campground instead of spread out.

I will message Nerdcore about this later, she is the #1 deciding factor, as it is her lot. This also is granted that Jynxxxed and HW are comfortable with this too.

How does this sound? We can also make other arrangements. If we go with this plan, I am supposed to be getting more money tomorrow, and I could then reserve the lot outright and be done with it. No waiting, no "will it be reserved?", no guesswork. It's pretty much paid for, I would then just have Nerdcore pay $16 and The Eternal / Bean Water pay them. IF, however, you insist on making your own reservation, Nerdcore, that is completely understandable. I will be PMing you later with the details of this.

Okay, thanks . Sorry about this hassle, this year there are all these new rules apparantly, and it's so stupid. I really do not understand why you can't make a one day reservation, or why they GIVE you the option to make a one day reservation (literally, you have the choice of choosing "one day" on the choice list, which definately, does not make sense), when you can't.

It's kinda like how Prick found out the hard way that apparantly you can't make reservations for the future IN PERSON at the campsite. Seriously, all they had to do was go on their computer RIGHT THERE and make a reservation for him, the same way I do it here at home, but after driving all the way out there on a shitty rainy day they refused to do it for him because it's new policy. DOES NOT MAKE SENSE.

I think I'm going to post some info about the camp next...so people know what kind of stuff they offer but nothing massively elaborate.

And as I believe I said in an earlier post, I'm going to construct a MANPHLET this year (since there are SO many more people and looks like there will continue to be people signing up), which contains what the park has to offer, maps, pictures of MEAT and SWORDS, park rules, the lot roster (who is where), other shit, and information on the MANTEST: The Manlyist Contest EVAR! As people arrive to camp I will pass them out, and will have extras on hand also. It'll also make a cute souvenir for years to come...yes?
