Why am I up so early? Oh yeah... the landlord needs to come look at my clogged drain.

It was a low-key but entertaining evening. The club wasn't very full but the douchebag quotient was low, I suspect due to the whole "Final Four" thing. Got to see a few people I haven't in a while and made a smiley new friend thanks to Ivy Cat. Ended up at City Bites for early morning breakfast and then home.

Last night was actually the first night I noticed any douchebags. There seemed to be two groups: one sitting on couches near the DGN corner, and the other in the far corner of purgatory stupid dancing.

It was a low key night but very enjoyable. Saw a fairly high number of DGNers plus some non-DGN friends. A shit ton of Oblivion people out and about. Met Torn Asunder for the first time. Good to see Troy again. Helena's head piece matched the trim of her skirt, which matched her socks, which amazingly matched her shoes. And yes, Chelsea is smiley and adorable.

What else? I think I'll cuddle on the couch and post later if I think of anything.

I got home about 7am. Why have I been up a while already? Oh, ya, my "adorable" children. It seems a lot of us went low key last night. The only reason I planned on going last night, was to celebrate a nonDGNer birthday. I was glad to see many of my DGN friends, and did my rounds and talked with you lovelies for a bit in the beginning. I was having an off night, I think most people I talked to noticed, I just wasn't feeling it for a while. I knew it would get better, and it did, once a certain person showed up. After that, all I can say is, "what a wonderful night!"

i showed up with Dead Burger King. I met Torn Assunder and Troy for the first time. Happy birthday to my litttle sister Eleven. So too much of the DGN family to name them all but you know who you are. I had the best time ever if any of you were paying attention.

I reneged, sorry. Was at the point of putting my dancing shoes on when I thought about the fact I'm going to have to be up super early EVERY day this week. I gotta sleep sometime.

P.S. Where's the "DGN Corner"?

For a tiny while it had moved unofficially. We've toyed on and off with moving it to purgatory but that has never happened. The goal is to have someone (usually me, but I'd like some volunteers one of these days) in that area until around last call.

It was up in the air (as ALWAYS grr) if I was going to be able to go, due to it not being smart to drive home after the club (drinking or not) due ot health issues. Luckily hunhee took pity on me. I went. Had an enjoyable time.

Its a bit difficult for me to seperate some of the faces at City Club this weekend from an earlier event that day with head wreck and Jynx. *tries hard*

We've toyed on and off with moving it to purgatory but that has never happened.

It's too noisy in purgatory to chat really. It's pretty good where it is now, but can get crowded near the bar at times. I like where it sometimes migrates to further down the line - that last corner right before you get to purgatory.

I was there! It was GREAT. It was a really good night for me - which I needed after a really strange fucking day. We pre-gamed it in the car and damn, it was awesome. I'm still new to the pre-gaming concept (well, I used to do it in Japan, but then, we were pretty much just always drunk there... nah jk) and I think it's brilliant. I was riding my skyy-induced high all evening and was the perfect level of drunk - not falling down, not too obnoxious (I think? Anyone disagree? hahaha), but feeling pretty good, and with no hangover (win). I danced a LOT which was fun - I've been dancing less lately which makes me sad. I like dancing best. I had totally expected to go in there and have it full of MSU fans, but I was extremely happy to see that apparently they all stuck with the mainstream bars/clubs for their celebratory merry-making, and City was filled with only the awesome people. I love you all so much.

This was such an amazing weekend for clubbing. Both Friday and Saturday were great. I can't believe I have to wait 5 more days now till City again...goddammit.

I think I saw Troy and talked with him a bit and made him actually remember me now...but even if he knew me then...does he know me NOW?? How about it Troy?? <3<3

I didn't notice the douchebags this time. I got grabbed a couple times, but I'm pretty sure both guys were gay and just being silly. I know at least one was. ::shrug::

It was Creep fest 09. I almost socked so many people.

I saw very many DGNers, and met a few new ones. :D
