Things you say

Everyone has certain sayings when they get pissed off. I try to make mine original. Anyone else?

Used to just say stick it up your ass and twist it, but now I have added sideways so it REAAALLY hurts to that one....

(my kids think I am sick =P )

Now I point to my ass and say LILLY WHITE! KISS IT!

That usually gets the point across =P

With respect to Ryan Reynolds in Blade: Trinity, because things can go from bad to worse around me:

*bad thing*

F*ck me.

*worsening of bad thing*

Oh, f*ck me sideways!

Or (when the situation was doomed): T!ts up.

Did this with my one of my favorite surgeons with a consult on someone (man being described here was end stage liver disease, and failed to be on the transplant list due to eating issues and chronic alcohol use):

"Well boss, he failed to do anything to keep himself on the liver transplant list, he even forced himself off the list just by being non-compliant and overly passive aggressive. Now the medical service wants us to put a hepatic bypass stent in a man whose liver has gone t!ts up!"

This was overheard by an intern and one of my fellow second years, who broke down laughing. Said intern (now resident,) is looking for a chance to use that phrase in his work.
