This is all looking really great for my future as an automotive engineer...damn! So, who wants to start a pilot business with me?

Sometimes I wonder if Chrysler even has any engineers. They have a large production line of new hybrid transmissions when they can't even get a normal automatic transmission right. Even someone like me that can't even handle a process capabilites stats class which means I am not really an engineer can look at these transmissions and fix them with a few tweaks.

I have come to realize that Detroit has lost sight of what an engineer really is. All the jobs they are training me for here at this school which is supported by Detroit don't really exist. I have contacted multiple companies and they keep asking me why I am taking certain classes. Well, it seems that the engineers in Detorit are a different breed than those everywhere else.

I believe it is time for Detroit to change their tune.
