pomba gira
"Marvel the Mustang/he's sure 'nuff for real/just saddle him up/with spurs on your heel/no winding, no battery..." Beautiful Chrissy. The long hair came out of a hole in her head, you turned a knob on her back to make it "grow" or retract. I wasn't really into doll grooming so mine had dreadlocks within a couple months. pomba gira
LITE BRITES "Lite Brite, making pictures with liiiight/out'a sight, making things with Lite Brite" amazing how many of those jingles are still stuck in my head. Stuff I had as an adult but still years ago: South American cowgirl outfit with red Cyndi Lauper-style skirt; steel-toed engineer boots; denim jacket with hand painted Crucifucks logo on the back (got me kicked out of a few parties); 34A bust; pre-Mothership vinyl Funkadelic albums; amethyst squash blossom necklace; crazy-ass wife.
