I am a web designer.

I would not be able to provide a domain, but I offer the lowest rates possible for I do not own a business, and do most of my sites on my own without much "formal" training.

I have been working with html, css, java, c++ for years now....I can replicate pretty much anything given time.

I've done a few sites but they suck. I recommend finding someone with flash experience, since people LOVE flash -_-
