Okay. I really need to find a way to tone my belly.

Nutrition and ab exercises are important, but consistent cardio is what tones abdominals the most. Intense cardio is best (ex: running, swimming, dancing, while keeping a very high heart rate); cardio can be done up to fives days a week with weekends of walking or rest. :geek:
