What Are You Thinking?

This is what I was thinking after I got off work Monday morning:

Dear patient of mine,

If you hate being in the hospital so much, please don't put yourself in a situation where you are going to be shot multiple times. In the last 12 hours, you have been nothing but a complete dick to me and the nursing assistants. So much to the point that I told the nursing assistants to avoid your room so they wouldn't receive the verbal abuse that you inflicted upon me throughout the night. I just want to say that even the doctors agree with my assessment of how much of a complete dick you are. If you are ever wondering why you got shot, please reflect upon this situation because I'm sure your nasty attitude put you here in the first place. Have a nice fucking day, asshole.

P.S. I would just like to add that I've taken care of prisoners, gang members and crackheads who were nicer than you.

Sorry this guy sounds horrible:(

I had one man today outside of Juvenile court ask me for food money because his medicine was hurting his stomache well when I told him I didn't have money but then I offered to go ask for something from inside, the little cafeteria, he flipped out on me like "oh what you gonna go tell, who you gonna go tell, the police"? I was like, ah no, I was trying to help get you some food but if you don't want it then fine-that's why nobody gives you no money, cause you got an attitude, good luck".

This guy really did looked in bad health that's why I even spoke to him, his eyes were red, foot half hanging off, using a bike as a crutch. It was weird.

Yeah, I love when people you are trying to help give you attitude. My patient was such an ass. He just looked like he was gonna jump out of bed and beat the crap out of me. Heaven forbid I do my damn job. He acted like it was such a bother when I was in there checking his vital signs and drawing his blood to make sure his hemoglobin was stable. I've never been intimidated by a patient like that before.

Makes me glad I work with computers. Should replace such people with computer people.
