I think SyFy made for TV movies would be a lot better if they stopped relying on heavy CGI everything, actually filmed in the locations they claim to be in the USA, for the sake of authenticity, as well as researching how local U.S. citizens in those areas speak to each other. I'm getting tired of being portrayed as a gun toting, flag waiving loud mouthed barbarian Redneck who curses out the first individual that says something to me while sporting mob mentality and shunning military personnel that back talk their superiors.

If this is how outsiders view Statesmen, no wonder everyone acts afraid of us...

I know we have a dream thread but this I didn't know where it was so this weird thing that happened is getting posted here: Okay, so I had a dream on Wednesday night about this unknown, strange guy who had this baby all alone taking care of the baby..well, this baby looked like a premature, newborn, however in this dream the baby was actually a two year old who was extremely under developed and malnourished. I remember in this dream I wanted to take this baby and take care of him like he was mine. The father in this dream was helpless.

Okay so, now of course I woke up like, wtf was that all about but than I analyzed it on the surface, which would just be tied to the work I do and the fact that the last thing I was watching on Netflix was about babies, so although a very odd dream, I chucked it up to those two factors, I didn't want to get deeper involved in my mind as to what the dream could have meant, because I know there could have been several meanings behind this dream. It just stood out to me, and was on my head all day yesterday...but I let it roll off my shoulders, and said ok whatever and I was even going to post it on here in the Dream thread but I just said who cares. So, moving along, I didn't tell a single soul...nobody..if I don't post things here I don't vent, confide, or anything this is my place that I release things in, I have nobody to tell these things to except this board. This dream was never revealed..never thought about again, until I wake up this morning and as I am sitting on I75 in bumper to bumper traffic due to a couple accidents on there this morning, I look at my phone and see there is a text message from an unknown phone number that was sent to me at 3:38am. I have never seen this number in my life and the text said, verbatim: "Did you got a new baby yet?".........I was like wtf was that about..well, I don't really believe in coincidence unless it is loose..this seemed quit odd, and I just I don't know, It was weird and it freaked me out.

I think it's hilarious how you can scare kids into thinking you can cancel a holiday or season because they were bad...so when they change their attitude and that holiday or season comes to pass, the kid breathes a sigh of relief that it didn't get cancelled...brilliant, just brilliant

Actually, we were being bombarded by all these self serving brats in all these game console commercials and Christmas specials where everything threatened to cancel Christmas...it was starting to get to me...
