First night in my apartment.. Can't wait to get the rest of my stuff in here tomorrow..yay..hopefully now the only stress is within the realms of normalcy. Its felt like forever since I've been on my own I feel like a five year haze is gone.. I kinda feel this is my life now make the best of it. I'll make it right.

Why are suburban households paying $15/month for water and sewerage whereas inner city households are paying $35 to $50 per month for the same water usage? The pumping stations are in the city not the suburbs. Shouldn't the water rates in the city be lower since there is less pressure needed to supply water to the city?
