Great News on many fronts

Recommended Posts

So some of you may remember my depressed post about wanting to leave and be with my wife.. Well things have changed now, finally.

She is now in Fort Carson, Colorado, and my probation and shit is getting transferred as I type this. Monday, or Tuesday, they should be giving me the o.k. to go ahead and move.

So, I am a happy camper. After very-nearly 2 years of marriage we can finally live together as a real couple and have our own place and our own lives. I'm just SO FUCKIN HAPPY to be getting OUT OF THE MIDWEST!!! Sorry, I hate this place, the people, the landscape, the environment in general.. The midwest sucks balls, I hate it, and I'm never coming back except to visit in the holiday seasons. Amen.

Colorado Springs is BEAUTIFUL. I took her to Carson myself so I could see it. It took everything I had in me to get in the car and drive 18 hours back. We've planted our sights on a nice 3 bedroom 2bath home on the west side of Colorado Springs for 875 a month, all utilities included.

Why a 3 bedroom? Well.. I have more great news.. We just found out Wednesday that my wife is 4 months (roughly) pregnant. I'm going to be a dad! Wow. That's all I can say about that. We kind of suspected that she was but we didn't get confirmation until Wednesday.

So, just wanted to briefly express my happiness and how well things are going for me right now. For a change.. I'm so excited to get to move back out west and live out there with my wife, and soon, my baby. So, I'm sure I will be making 1 more trip out to CC before I move, and then I won't be back for a while. Maybe I'll come by for the New Year's party but that's about it. Wish me luck everyone, and I'll still be posting here, don't worry.

Ohhhh yeah.. We will love it. I lived in Laramie, Wyoming for a while for college back in 04-05 and I fell in love with the mountains. I can't wait to get back out there. We're very excited about our futures. Thanks guys!
