BEST THRIFT SHOPS

Recommended Posts

you can get some great threads at estate sales sometimes. I went with a female friend to one, and the woman who died had shitloads of '50s-'60s era animal print clothes. a bit too short for my friend to fit into, though.

St. Vincent's resale/thrift in Waterford (Elizabeth Lk Rd 1/4 mile west of Telegraph) is supposed to be really good, too.

Any Value World.. They are all over.. Salvation Army let's you try stuff on, which is helpful..

Sunshine Thrift store is Ok.. It's in Mt. Clements on 16 & Gratiot.. & St. Vincent De Paul.. They have a few locations.

Theses are all great for adults and children.

I had a friend work at Sunshine Thrift in high school and said that they had to display EVERYTHING they got...even dildos. I laughed hard.

Value Worlds always have the best and MOST stuff.

I<3 thrift stores.

Oh and btw, Estate sales are almost ALWAYS pricey, and the items are usually very old.

Good find, Fidget. I went there and found a pair of cool boats and a a really awesome swing style dress for like 5 bucks. Thanks
