Thanks, honestly. But... what is this talk about health being more important than DGN? Why did no one tell me? I was under the impression being the board-punching-bag by definition meant my health was lower on the priority scale than DGN.

um the drop down menu that appears, when you click the smilie button on the "Add Reply" page (In the full reply page, not talking about fast reply) doesn't show the whole list, and its drop down get cut off on two sides, the top, and the left. it doesn't "drop down" it drops up.. and there's no way to see an expanded list. there is a button to push, but it doesn't do anything...

- It'll drop up or down depending on where it is located on your page.

- It not "centering" and thus not showing all the emoticions is something I'll ask about on the admin forums. Not sure what is involved in fixing that. If it is simple I'll do it soon, if it requires a full "modification" I'll have to hold off.

- Not sure about the "show all emoticons" button either, will have to ask about that as well.

- If anyone reading this is under the impression that EMOTICONS are taking priority over things like The Street Team, The Donations Page, some new member registration glitches or the like, I assure you it is not. Just taking care of some off the less complicated stuff here and there.

Some of those were more than just taking away the whiteness... I had to redo them entirely. ugh.. but it was fairly easy.. just time consuming. If I had access to all the non- moving ones, I could do them all.. but it seems that our smiley list is a lot smaller than it use to be... ugh...

Great job, thanks for taking the initiative. Several people over time have offered to help but then not actually done anything. Keep at it please. I'll add the fixed ones to the DGN emoticons right away.

The "before" right next to the "after" is helpful due to the fact that It saves me a ton of time knowing what the file name for the original .gif is and I can just overwrite the old ones.

The fans... or rather ME.. is looking forward to the converted. wub: regardless, awesome work and please keep it up.

Yeah, i gotta figure out how to edit the animated ones. stupid program. I hate when they update a program, and hide half the buttons, or things that use to be on the list aren't there anymore. I'm not sure there is a way to edit layer by layer, anymore, with the updated version I have.. *goes back to digging further*

Was just about to post a link to an animated gif editor but I think GRG is on the trail as evidenced below.

oK...I found me way around..there is 1 top of page button...but, it is WAY at the bottom......& have gotten me "NEW DGN LEGS" & still have a question...about me "Top Button"....are the pages of posts shorter to make it so we "won't need it"?

I kinda' liked it though...being there so I can scroll up from anywhere...

..& I'm happy to wait to have this fixed last ...or not at all, I guess...

Is it? That was one of the things I checked right off the bat was the board-time.

For instance right now it is 1:30PM EST. That last post i made shows 1:28 PM. I think it might be a user setting in your case HW. Check out "My Settings > Time Zone".

I'm thinking it's probably your time zone settings. On the old board mine would do screwy things when I posted from Charlie's computer in California.

Can you describe the behavior? I have no real way to test this myself, I can only describe the problem to people that are more in the know and hope it is a common easy to fix thing. Also note there are two ways to access PMs , the "regular way" via your profile, and then also going to somone elses profile and choosing "send me a message" would be curious to know if they both exhibit the same problems.

Does this mean there is 930 pages of NEW content, or is that just the total number of threads currently on the site itself ?

I just can't imagine anyone having the time to reply to all of that lol.

It is new "to you" specifically as an individual user, if you've not marked it "as read". There was some debate about how this was going to work on the development forums, the vote seemed to end up being to have it work the way it does now.

There are going to be user-specific settings for this soon, so that users can choose in their profiles how they want view new content searches to behave.

Oh and I got a response about the smiley's "drop down" going too far over and covering some of them up, it is a bug, date unknown as to when it will be fixed. (Something deeper in the code than I can do myself without a HUGE time investment.) :(

meaning that anything that is wrapped in quotes of any kind, do not show up in the emails. Whether it be some one quoting another member, or wrapping quote tags around something in a paragraph..... only the stuff written outside of the

Yes, there was, right next to the "REPORT" button under the avatar & member facts.

....also, yes, the screen is "the right size" now...

(it is shaped slightly different than before, but not an issue)
