A random thought/question

Depends. Sometimes it does, sometimes it just makes you look weak so it begets negativity and violence.

Of course if that is the case it is time to elevate your company.

50/50 there I think.

Kindness need not be offered as a weakness. Tis it not a strong woman or man who can stand in a clear position of dominance and power but instead of offering subjugation offer a hand in friendship?

Is it weak when you offer an ear to someone in need? Is it weak to offer a hand to someone who is down? Is it weak to offer a meal to someone starving? Is it weak to offer a blanket to someone cold?

The way I see it, in this age of apathy and cynicism it takes strength to offer kindness and positivity to those around you - when it is going against the status quo.

It CAN be perceived as a weakness if, say, you showed kindness to one whom had just spit in your eye.

There is a difference between kindness and foolishness.

Ask for a hand and I'll give it.

Spit in my eye, I'll rip yours out.

It is partly true. Negative thoughts play into your body language and interactions, thus influencing how people treat you, thus leading to more negative experiences and negative thoughts, etc...

I'm sure the reverse is true as well.
