9 Mile Bridge over I75 blown up by tanker truck accident.

Recommended Posts

one of these days I'll set up my webcam for a live feed of what I go through in some of the bigger cities like LA or Vegas.

Yeah I have thought about doing that myself because I have a webcam and a laptop in the truck. I might just start an archive of videos and post it on my website too. Of course this might include incriminating evidence of my own follies lol. But I honestly try to avoid problems.

I have massive amounts of friend who live in Hazeltucky and all of them called me to tell me how much God hates Hazel Park (in a joking way, of course). Earlier that day my friend's house on Maxlow blew up (also in the news) and the flesh on his entire left arm and upper parts of his thigh is melted down to the BONE. The woman and baby inside were miraculously alive also (he was standing in the backyard when the house blew) when the house exploded she was thrown ONTO the baby, essentially shielding the infant from the flames, and somehow she made it also (not saying she isn't real messed up though).

You guys are all stupid. That's not how it happened.

There was a hillbilly rolling southbound down the I 75 service drive when he got a text message on his new blackberry. He didn't know how to operate the phone because there was no rotary dial, and he couldn't figure out why it made the beepy noise. When he finally got it open, he was still sort of dumbfounded because they didn't learn him no 733t speak in short-bus classes. So he got frustrated and started yelling at it and finally punched it out the window. The blackberry almost landed on a parapalegic infant's nugget as his Chileno-Croat nanny walked her in a stroller. The nanny relied on lightning quick reflexes from her bomb squad days during the war to swat the blackberry up into the air. The fox 2 traffic chopper was hovering low to catch the scoop on 75 when the blackberry rocketed up into the cameraman's wrist causing his falafel to splatter all over the inside of the chopper. The pilot screamed and panicked and yelled, MY FUCKING CANOPY IS FULL OF YOGURT SAUCE AND OBSCURITY!!!!!! The whole chopper crew wailed in horror as the helicopter plummeted toward the busy traffic. The plunging copter landed right behind a pickup truck on the front of the boat trailer it was pulling. A 2 ton motor boat catapulted into the air, careened over the eight mile overpass, and landed right in front of the tanker. The cooler fell out of the back of the boat and coors light spilled all over the highway and the truck swerved left and right just as it passed under the 9 mile overpass. One of his rims shot out from under the carriage, bounced off a local Tubby's sandwich shop and ricocheted back into the tanker and thus it asploded into a dazzling ball of flame.

It was a heinous occasion of great feats of chance and trajectory... and falafel.

Mmmmm... falafel

27-year-old Saied Haidarian-Shahri was issued a speeding ticket for his role in a tanker crash that caused an overpass collapse on I-75.

The Detroit Free Press reports that Haidarian-Shahri is required to respond to the ticket within 14 days. Police did not say how fast he was traveling.

According to the 43rd District Court in Hazel Park, where Haidarian-Shahri is required to respond, a speeding ticket for going 10 mph above the posted speed limit is $115. According to the Michigan Department of Transportation, it will cost $2 million to fully repair I-75.

I'd fight it if I were him, too.

If he admits fault, it opens up the door for insurance companies, individuals and the state to come after him or his insurance company to recoup losses.

If he can find a way to get out of it, it makes it harder for civil cases to be made against him.

Strategically speaking, I'd fight it too.

Having a wee bit of experience in the legal system *cough*

smells like a lawyer is guiding this tool.

Plus the cops ticketed him for speeding without actually observing it themselves.

Didn't they have witnesses to account for what happened? If it is his fault, they should totally stick it to this idiot. He is probably here all legally and stuff. Too bad they couldn't have him drive bad in his own country. He already probably has a lot of people miffed about him doing it and not apologizing for it. He is not making a good case for his other people. All it takes for shit to hit the fan is one bad apple to ruin the tree.

Thing is Reaper, they have to prove his guilt. Though it at times may seem like it isn't the case, we still do operate on "innocent until proven guilty" line. Legally speaking, he very well may have a case. Does it make him less of a douchebag? No. Does he have a case? Possibly.
