Tim Burton's Alice In Wonderland

Recommended Posts

I am a bit tired of Tim Burton as well... He is the most logical choice as far as a remake of this from a Disney perspective, he is strange without being one to cause contraversy.

Del Toro would have done it better I agree,

As would have David Lynch (although I doubt he would be intereseted.)

I also think that Terry Gillium would have done it better,

Or perhaps Darron Aaronfsky...

Phee, I love you, we seriously need to watch movies together because we seem to have damn near the EXACT same taste.

Lynch, Gilliam, Del Toro.... some of my favs I own damn near all of these directors movies. I also own Aaronofsky, but I dunno if he could have pulled it off, I mean I guess I could see it but not so much as the other 3.

To be Honest I have been waiting for this movie to come out sense the beginning of 2008 when I heard it was in the works. I've read both of the books that the movie gets its basis off (Lewis Carroll's 'Alice In Wonderland' and 'Through the Looking Glass) if you ever get the chance pick up the book its an excellent read. Anyway I'm sure Disney collaboration with Burton's will bring an exhilarating twist to the classic story. the costumes, set, and graphic design look great and from what I've seen from Burton's previous live action works that the acting wont be far behind. I'm truly looking forward to think film I can hardly wait. ^_Q HAHA TEA PARTY AT MY HOUSE LMAO j/k[/font]
