I have to be out of my current apartment by Friday, August 14. I'm planning on staying at my mom's house for a couple of weeks and then heading out of state. Since I want to travel "light," I need to get rid of my furniture and things like dishes and silverware. I have a taker for my bed and dresser, but let me know if you're interested in a couch, chair, computer desk, dinette, etc.

This is a first-come/first-serve deal, so I won't be "holding" things for people. If you can come over and pick it up, it's yours!

We could use a couch & chair. I don't even think we care about the color. Maybe we should break it in by having DGN Game Night...

The couch and chair are the same style. The couch is a wine color, and the chair is grey. They're in decent shape, but there's cat hair on them...

Pfft...with 4 cats in the house, I don't think that cat hair is an issue. Now, it's a matter of finding the time to get over there. My timing just sucks.

What type of computer desk?

It's quite compact and is on wheels. It has a shelf above for a printer and a pull-out tray for a keyboard. It's still in good condition and is about 5-6 years old.

I could use some dishes and silverware and the like. I don't have enough when I have people over. I have no serving dishes at all... Where are you located at? Maybe I will stop in and take some off your hands.... XD

I don't have anything fancy, but you're welcome to it. I live in Royal Oak, and I'm moving to the Portland, OR area by early September.

So you are going to Portland! I know you've been talking about wanting to, so I'm glad you are able to, but we will miss you!!! D:D:D: At least there's a lot of good stuff there!

You guys are welcome to see what I have left next weekend. The furniture is spoken for at this point. I just have a 1 bedroom apartment, so it's not like I have a *ton* of stuff, but thanks for the garage sale offer. I plan to be at CC next Saturday to try to see some folks before I leave.

I could stop by Saturday or Sunday and bring some foodage and take a look. Are you free for lunch or dinner Saturday? (Pref. dinner since I don't usually get up till 2...) Sunday I'm not sure because I might be occupied at a certain dark and dirty club, but I'm not sure yet.

I'll be in and out tomorrow, but you're welcome to stop by in the afternoon. What time is good for you? I can pick up some pizza...
