Still waiting for uor car to be repaired

:devil We are getting really annoyed by excuses as to when the vehicle is going to be done it has been over two weeks and the repair shop won't keep us informed on what is going on! I have to call them to find out when it will be done: and its always me having to call they have not at all even called me at all because this rental car is not cheap and neither is the insurance. All they said it will be done next wedsday but thats just words not proof!!
