Painted Lady Movie, July 28, 2009: The Killer Nerd

The first hour of the film seemed like Troma was making an art film. Straightforward plot: a stereotypical nerd gets pushed too far and starts killing. You could've easily taken out the first hour pretty much entirely, and nothing would have been lost. Two hours long, and you'll wonder how two hours could last so long. Frighteningly enough, there is a sequel, "Bride of the Killer Nerd."
