I think that has something to do with the browser. At work I was having that issue until I updated the browser. I don't have the issue at home and never did.

Thanks--I'll check it out, but both home & work are having issues, & they both have different browsers.

Try:

scroll down to bottom of page

look to the lower left corner

above back to top button there is a scroll out button marked:

IP.Board

IP.Board Lo-Fi

DGN Darker

If it don't say DGN Darker...you are going blind right now trying to look at the page, we all know you have those sensitive shark eyes...

Look to see if that helps...then, look into the thread which I will give a link to in a moment...I KNEW where it was, lemme' go dig...

DGN Darker is actually harder for me to read on that the other bright, horribly shiny versions. DGN Darker cuts out lots of random stuff, so I've had to switch to evil and bright.

Any specific examples? I keep getting pulled away (or having to take breaks for sanity sake) but if there are glaring "hard to see" things I'd appreciate the input. As of right now there is plenty of work still to be done but I'm not seeing any big stuff.

Example: I can't read every other post to my profile because it's white & the font is white.

I have this issue and the avatar pics for members are choppy or I can only see a portion of the top of the picture. When I switched over to the IP.Bored version I can see more of the user posted pics, but some are still cut out (the random ones that are cut out may have something to do with my browser at work more than anything).

Now, other computers... and this isn't an issue, so I don't know how helpful that was.

If nothing else it was helpful in that it focused my attention here and you were intending to be helpful. *ponders what the problem might be*

I went through with the main browsers that I have on this computer for testing:

IE 8

Firefox 3.5

Chrome 2.X

I can't seem to duplicate this "white on white" thing nor see any errors with the profile avatars/pictures. Do you know what specific bowser you are using when the problem occurs? Maybe it is a bug that there might be a work around for on the DGN side.

I think it is a local "browser problem" but, it also seems to be widespread. Might be something I can "fix" by changing the way DGN sends info to specific browsers.

Your browser isn't updated. I know this because my one at work is outdated and I have the same problems there that you are describing, while it's perfectly fine at home.
