The song at the end is what does it. (push it over into ultra-nerddom) Bonus points for knowing what the "LSV" the guy overdosed on is, and the song being spoofed in the final segment.

In Reference to the Evil Overload Clip:

Where are the players playmats? That is needed to take care of the cards.

Magic is expensive.

I understand that one has to learn how to Trade, to save money with Magic. I understand that Trading is suppose to be simple. For me, it not.

Just reading this thread, brought on the itch for Magic!

I love you Magic! wub.gif

*Is guilty of spending hundreds of dollars on magic cards in the past*

=P

Got off of Magic: The Addiction in 1995. The last time I played was in Tempe, AZ in 1998. And I won both games.

I have enough expensive hobbies to begin with.

If managed properly, the crack cost is high at first but levels out if you trade. But, I too have quit the game. Not that I've STAYED out. I think I have quit and come back about 3 times now.. maybe 4.

Trading isn't simple at first, but given enough time it is simple-ish.
