1.know-it-all

pejorative; One who makes it appear as if they're an expert on a subject while there are also signals (subtly or blatantly noticeable) that this person doesn't know very much on the subject or at least as much as they're acting like they do on the subject; pretending to have much knowledge on a subject matter

(Note: there are countless ways to seem knowledgeable on a subject as by behaving correctively and correcting people all the time, giving unwanted advice, expressing opinions as fact, not accepting advice or information from others, etc., but when there are also indicators that one doesn't know what they're talking about, they're considered a know-it-all or engaging in know-it-all behavior)

2.know-it-all

One given to showing off about what they know by teaching others on numerous different topics that have little relation or no relation at all to the each other or the main subject matter at hand; pedant

3.know-it-all

A person who's quick to oppose the opinions, input, or approaches of others in seemingly every aspect of life by always trying to correct others with their own input that they present in an instructive fashion

"Know what you know. Know what you don't know, Know it all, all the time." --attributed to an old physiology professor. Looked like Yoda, sounded like Joe Crocker (and yes, he did paint himself green and added points to his ears for a halloween party. But that is *all* it took.)

Who am I to argue with a Jedi Master.

1F. Don't Incite Anger or Drama.

It's fine to discuss things openly and frankly, and healthy debate is great. But don't incite anger or drama in others purposely. This is a gray area in some cases, of course. But there are plenty of communities on the internet where drama and flames are perfectly acceptable, and that is fine. This just is not one of them. House DGN is intended to have minimal drama or other immaturity of that sort.

If you LIKE drama, thats fine, just keep yours off DGN and take it elsewhere if you must. Obviously we cant get rid of everything that we don't like, some stuff has to be let slide, but generally make sure your doing your best to keep things constructive or at least neutral, please.

I think this falls into the gray. The purpose of the thread, isn't very clear. Hence a few of us going "huh?" in reply. With that in mind, it doesn't appear to me that any drama or anger is being incited purposely.

If there is something I am not seeing, by all means please PM me.
