Rumor has it this festival is NOT going to happen. The promoters have dropped the ball BIG TIME on flights/hospitality riders for the bands. TERRORFAKT has been given the run around for flight details, costs and more. The organizers are attempting to push the festival back to September 18, 19, 20... but I've heard several bands have dropped out because they can't reschedule for these new dates.

And take a look at the fliers/promo - nearly identical to Kinetik Festival in Montreal...

And really a electronic festival in Columbia!!!!??? You'd be sent home with a few extra bags...
