It feels like the World has turned into one giant A.I. run device. I tried to contact (insert any service here) and all I get is an automated voice trying to sound as human as possible while it asks questions not related to my situation and then finds a solution to its own question.
I've had 8 service issues in the past 5 weeks and was only able to speak with a real person twice. And now AT&T is having issues and they just gave me a list of troubleshooting tasks that are usually handled by a line technician.
Apparently, in this new age of "Handle it Yourself", anyone can be anything.
