Head Wreck
the rover K series is quite a marvel but a little too fussy, overheating can be quite catastrophic, so much so they say you should change the water pump every time you change the belt to be sure but very popular in brit restorods, MG's and Morris's

Well, invite them back and they can just take over what GM is failing at so badly...which is everything...

Yes but you have to understand that with all the complications that come with a vehicle, in most cases the driver being the biggest, you must receive alot of complaints and then they all have to be reviewed and then they all must point back to a common failure. In this case it affected more than just one line of vehicles which makes the process even more complicated. I have heard of cars accelerating by themselves before and none of those were Toyota brand...many people keep shit in their cars that jam the pedals...or the replace the floor mat wrong...or any other number of reasons. The loss of life is very sad...but its not the first time a vehicle has taken lives and with the way statistics go blaming the vehicle itself is not the first thing to do. This "slow to awaken" shit is getting on my nerves...people would be just as pissed if they had taken a HUGE risk in pulling these lines long ago. Compare the "2,000" complaints with the number of vehicles affected by this recall...its a very small drop in the bucket that could easily be attributed to human error. Not getting on your case...mostly with the article and the vibe I get from some posts on this thread...a very hateful and what I think is a wrongly placed vibe.
