Help from anyone

Recommended Posts

So, after spending nearly 8 years looking for my biological father i found out a few months ago that he ended up passing away from Hepatitis C becuase he left it untreated. i did however find out that he had two brothers which would obviously be my uncles and would like to be able to get into touch with them, but all i have for them is there first and last name and roughly what there age would be and that there somewhere in the big ass state on Texas..i also found out i have a half brother that would around the age of 18 or 19 and no name for him...i have tried people searchers for my uncles and they seem to cost a shit ton of money to get a telephone number...so my asking for help is, has anyone ever had to look for someone or do they know of any way to find someone in a matter like this...any information would be greatly greatly appreciated

I saw the thread and want to see if there anything I can do. Sorry to hear about your loss. I can not image what that feels like, to search for someone for years and then find out they are gone. I do not have any information for this matter. Sorry. I know it not helpful, but hugs and good lucks. More hugs.

yeah, if they are on facebook, and you have a first and last name, you can narrow it down by state, at least... if you have a picture of your father, you can at least see who resembles the guy, from the list...

You can also do the same on MySpace...

And Rev said Google. You'd be amazed at who you can find, just on Google..

Have you tried looking them up, in the yellow pages, seeing if they are listed? (online, I mean) I mean you might get 1000 names as a result, but if you can somehow find an address, you can cross reference the two names, and see who lives close to each other... if they both live in TX, chances are, they live close to each other. :)

I've tried google, white pages, facebook, myspace, and every other thing imaginable to try to find my biological father. I can find where he used to live, but not where he currently lives. It's like finding a needle in a haystack.

Good luck to you - I hope you find them.
