Should have just seen it in Windsor. It was crazy. Everyone was honking and flying flags out there windows/ doors of vehicles. Downtown was PACKED couldn't even walk anywhere. And to drive! And as I said, I only think it's sexist because if we're doing the "skin is skin" thing then we should be going full nude. Zeroing in specifically on boobs is, imo, sexist. I never said "skin is skin" and that is not at all the reasoning behind the topless law.

Keep in mind that people said the same thing when women first started showing their calves in public. Women's legs were "different" from a man's legs and should be covered up. Not technically but do men treat them and react to them as if they're genitals? You walk around with your tits out and you'll get the same amount of looks and men ogling you as you would walking around with your coochie hanging out. MEN consider them genitals, they have been bent on turning them into genitals for forever. Do I think they should be? No. Remember my first post where I failed to understand the obsession with women's baby-bags? That's REALLY what they're for. But men had to be all weird and put boobs as number one priority and that's why they're classed as genitals now for absolutely no sound logical reason, imo. Case in point: Cosmo, girls magazines, etc do not have many pictures of topless men to drool over. If you're lucky there's maybe only one or two pages. Back to the topic at hand, I've only been to Canada twice. Once was when my Boshy and I decided to drive around Windsor to see if there was anything to do over there and we didn't even get to stop the car ONCE because well...we found out sadly that there was nothing to do in Windsor .

The next time was Toronto which I liked a lot, we saw Phantom at the Pantages (sp?) in its final running year. Freaky story about that too, my roommate, Timata, was in the same theatre at the same time as me watching the same play allllll the way over in Toronto when we were both 13. We figured it out because we were talking about it a few months ago and he mentioned that he happened to see it on the ONE night that season where the understudy had to play the lead role and I remembered that I was at that exact performance also because my grandma was bitching about it being the understudy.

Soooo...freakishly...Canada brings together future friends ten years in the past...? Still an uncanny coincidence.
