Help me!!! Pain! All I feel is pain! lol

I watched the whole thing, and I'm sorry. I didn't scream until the very end. I actually thought maybe it would get better, but oh no.......no......that was perhaps the most terrible lie I have ever told myself.

I will never complain about Lady Gaga again.

Oh, shit! Is this going to be the new irritating replacement at City? I keeeeed! I keeeeed!! I saw last weeks aftermath thread...... :stuart:

Where do I sign up to be the screaming jackass that contributes nothing to the band? As long as I get paid it doesn't matter how bad it sounds.

I need a new subculture to hide in...I am not being protected well enough...can we bring punk back yet? It is definitely time to bring it back...

I think the best way to view any amount of music is that everything sucks. It's all a bunch of shit and I can't make better music myself because every note ever written, played, recorded, hummed or even thought of sucks. I don't give a fuck if I like it you like it fuck I don't even care if brings world peace all music is total and absolute rubbish and that's all there is to it.

Same place the kids in this pop group signed up. The record company was probably trying to get a band that kids here would think is uber-trendy J-Pop and sought out four Asian kids and say "congrats, you don't know how to do anything, but you're Asian so you're in!"

Hell this shit makes me feel bad for making fun of the Backstreet Boys in the 90s. If I knew how bad it was going to get little over 10 years later I would have been voting to keep them number one  . They're still shitty but at least better and more talented than this crap.

Could someone please call up Slipknot and just kick their asses NOWWW!

lol YES!!!!

Okay, so I'm waiting for Reverend Reverence to chime in, as he almost......almost had me convinced to view this in another perspective. Fortunately, however, I just watched a few more of their videos...... :ralph

I'm sorry, but I didn't like this kind of crap the first time it came out when all that was on the radio was the "Gin and Juice" type of songs, and I certainly don't dig it now. This band does so much for all the other shit-tastic music out there, because now I don't think all that other crap is that bad.

You want Lady Gaga played at City, I say bring it! I'd almost say that I'd be ok with a little Avril Lavrine, too, but I'm not quite that far gone yet.

80's neon colors + broke down emo rap stylings + vacant 16 year booty dancing + some bizzle fitch screaming all the time = :starwars: TO THE DEATH!! lol

New law...just because you have the money to do it doesn't mean you can start a totally awesome band...you can only live vicariously through bands that you fund because someone that knows what music is recommended them.

Wow I am so glad I am not at college anymore...people cranked Lady Gaga enough so that I couldn't drown it out with Cradle of Filth and I can only imagine that this would be 10 times worse.

WRIF went to crap awhile ago,it's all about Hinder and Cage The Elephant two bands I highly despise, typical cookie cutter corporate rock,WRIF is cool when they play midnight metal, other than that,I have my I Phone in case they play any Lady (crap)Gaga at CC,it saves my hearing.other than that I'll stick with the music I already own, carry on.

My ears are still bleeding. I must wash my hearing centers out with bleach, and listen to Jascha Heifetz play all 6 of Bach's partitas and sonatas for violin, as well as having him play Beethoven and Mendelssohn.

Considering she qualified/attended an art academy just half-a-step behind Julliard, I am halfway impressed with her.

I listened to that shit for 45 seconds and had to stop the video. I really don't know where to begin but like Tszura, I will never complain about Lady Gaga again.

Avril Lavrine is not my speed, but I have weird tastes in music myself.

Now if you excuse me

*goes to find a trephenation drill bit and clorox.*

Thank you Stormknight

I usually don't listen to classical, but I have to admit, everytime I do, I feel this serene peacefulness, even when it's allegro, because there's this clarity and beauty to it. And if I had money I would have season tickets to the DSO, as a cultural respite, like going to theatre, even if I did blast speedcore on the way there and Joy Division on my way back.

If I have to look forward to Brokencyde moving into rotation at CC, these selections below WILL be the future of my music, if for no other reason than it is the audio equivalent of 14 karat Clorox, cleansing out my brain with its virtuosity, erasing my memory, so it is clean and I can resume crushing my eardrums with the new FLA and Skinny Puppy.

Not to mention that this requires real talent, and amazingly, no Auto-Tune

Try Heifetz playing the first movement of the Beethoven in D. The cadenzas, (which I consider the best and ones that best reflect the themes in the first movement,) were written by both Heifetz and Leopold Auer.

And the Gavotte en Rondeau of the 3rd Partita is an example of why he is known as the Grand Master of pitch and timing of the 20th century. A lot of modern violinists cry that they can't get as perfect as Heifetz even now.

A teacher once told the story of someone finding him practicing a simple scale in first position (not by octaves, not in a different position until it hit A on the E string,) with pitch perfect tone in a practice room, not realizing it was Heifetz until they knocked on the door and he opened it.

Simple fundamentals of music, consistently reviewed by The Master just to warm up, before going off on one of the above pieces.

Gawd... that was just astonishingly awful. I only made to 1:38. Dreadful in every aspect of musical and video production. Who the hell are those talentless snotnoses, the illegitimate get of that "gibba gibba yuh" dude?
