Anyone Into Gun Club, Flesh Eaters, etc?

Basically the more dark punky and rock 'n' roll side of things that had some connection with deathrock; love that bluesy and roots-sounding sound that most of these bands had. Used to throw in a lot of these sounds when I was doing my rockabilly/psychobilly and during my set when I was co-deejaying at Deadline Thursdays.

I saw them at the Erickson Kiva at MSU back around '82 or so... I remember being struck by Jeffery Pierce's sweaty puffy Judy Garland pills-and-booze appearance... I thought "jeez, I better cut back on one or the other!"
