KAT:

will I see it? Yes of course I will, how could I not. I have to see if they have butcher my baby.

FOR SURE , But they better f#$king not. I have always thought as Freddy as the ultimate monster. He haunted my dreams as a child...seriously. I was about 8-9 years old when i watched my 1st Nightmare on Elm Street movie. Was completely terrified for days. But even back then i loved it, and today i still have all of the movies and watch them constantly.

I find myself longing to feel that kind of fear again. But it will never happen. So when i think of Freddy being butchered on screen i feel that the last part of that fear may die. :p

PLEASE DO THIS ONE RIGHT .PLEASE! :unworthy:

I know dude....I may never be afraid again....and that scares me.

I duuunnooooooOOooo

Depending on what scares/disturbs you (although I guess being disturbed is different from scared), I could maybe give some recs? I understand where you are coming from.

Yep, wasn't talking about being disturbed was talking about fear. The feeling i used to get when i was a child after watching a horror film. Lying in bed...seeing monsters in the shadows in my room that turned out to be coats hanging on the coat rack. Checking my closets , and wondering if when i fell asleep if Freddy was going to come get me in my dreams. :)

And you know whats funny.....sometimes he did!

That's why i love Freddy so damn much.

I think after a certain age, you just become numb, thats how I feel. Now its more about trying to feel anything close to that...feeling uncomfortable/grossed out/disturbed... Damn growing up!

Indeed I did, Phee.

I haven't seen anything beyond Green's Undertow, which I happened to enjoy. But I do not hold Argento up on a pedestal either- as you very well know.

I know it started shooting this year, anyone know a release date?
