Posting youtube videos

Twice today I tried to post youtube videos in a couple of my posts and both times they would not show up? I'm using the correct code. What is the deal?

there's a button that looks like 3 tv's. (i each red, blue, green). Go to youtube, copy the URL. Paste it in the screen that comes up after you click on the 3 tvs.

If I can explain that more horribly, let me know.

Lol he's not. I tried to post a KM video in the well-being forum and it wouldn't work, just the url would show up.
