77 Punk

Now I dig the punk and punk/hardcore stuff that was around during my teen years in the mid 80s and like some current punky bands here and there but I'd have to say that my preference lies with 77 Punk. During that era lot of bands still had that rock 'n' roll sound to them - some almost rootsy('course some of them had backgrounds in pub rock).

In any case, another huge Deadcat love! Oh, dig the Sex Pistols but there many much more interesting bands!

Anyone else still digging on it?

Hells yeah dude. I miss real punk rock. I loved jammin down the road to some Dead Kennedys or Bad Relgion. Even some of the early 90's stuff was ok.

Never liked the Sex Pistols that much...Cock Sparrer and The Business rank up there as better bands...and don't forget the Buzzcocks.

i love good old punk there needs to be more punk now but i don't think that it will happen... sid and danzig are the best i think. but that's just me
