It's Over

Our house was sit to be auction off at a foreclosure sell yesterday. As a way to delay this action we filed for emergency ch. 13 bankruptcy in the hopes to delay this action and a repayment plane be put into place. The emergency bankruptcy was to be file on Monday morning. Everything was in order. Calls where made and we were under the understanding that the bankruptcy had been filed. Just now my husband got a call from the lawyer. There was a mix up somehow at the law office. The bankruptcy was not filed. So more then likely the foreclosure auction has taken place and we have lost our house. It seems nothing I do makes any difference. Right now I feel like dieing.

I cant express enough the sorrow I feel for you and yours. You are in my prayers. Its so scary to see what our country has become.Yet people think Im nuts for stock piling supplies for the decline of civilization.

So sorry to hear this - several of my friends have lost their houses in the past few years too and I was pretty close to it myself - just know that it is possible to rebuild your financial situation, though it may take some time. Don't lose hope and just realize that there are so many others who have faced the same situation and have been able to recover financially.
