Ya know it's too bad ya can't just fall back on natural selection in this case. I mean, if my kid killed himself texting while driving then he probably deserved it. But killing or hurting someone innocent is a very likely possibility. How stupid are people these days? Parents...

Why are you saying parents? Its not there fault that the kids txting... Well, maybe if the parent is doing it and the kid sees. But more kids do it on there own accord. Hows a parent supposed to stop them?

Because you would be suprised how many parents, as you said, set the bad example, and what's worse, there are even more who don't even try to preach common sense things like this to their kids. It kinda goes along the same lines as sex talks, and drug talks.. Ya know, that whole CAR SAFETY talk I had with my dad, and most people had with their parental figures? Sure, it's not going to stop them. But it helps. I guarantee it won't stop them if you don't TRY.

-edit: moral of the story, why the fuck do they have to make videos doing a job that the PARENT SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE.
