well, everyone should know that there are some changes going on with the board software, so any custom changes troy made to the last rev. level will have to be redone. he'll get around to it, but these things take time.

(and i really hope he gets around to this one quickly, it's annoying the hell out of me too!) :X:happy:

Its actually, "DGN Narrow" by default its now a bit narrower than it was before. I'm suprised your saying its WIDER than before.

I changed my resolution settings a few times and checked it in IE and Chrome... there is a border (which I don't like) but the actual "size" seems the same/slightly more narrow.

It's a bit wider to me as well... its not adjusting to the browser size now. its bigger by about an inch. I've only tested with Google Chrome and IE6 at work thus far...

Um....no, Troy, I have to scroll right to click the "View New Content", or to finish reading posts.

Printscreen key on your keyboard to copy the screenshot, then open ms paint or some other similar program, then ctrl+V or paste in some other way into Paint.

It sounds like its displaying larger for some people but the actual fixed width is smaller like I said. There probably is a problem with it now (for some reason) being fixed, rather than scaling like it should which is a bit different issue.

But now being up to 12 hours trying to sort out various drama as fairly as I can , I'll probably have to go pass out for half a day and be to gunshy to get involved with DGN for awhile again. All the antagonism I get (not from a post like this I'm talking about other stuff) makes DGN hard to deal with and deal with all my health stuff at the same time. Kinda overdid it today already.

I WAS doing a little better but all negativity behind the scenes with 20 people pulling me in 19 different directions every one claiming that the other 18 people are getting special treatment gets to me after awhile , none of which really having their facts straight. Not that its any different than any other month. If I don't jump off a cliff in the next 48 hours, I'll probably come back to more social stuff to sort out. Not sure when I'll get to this.

In the mean time you can try using a different skin temporarily (bottom left hand side of the board it probably says "DGN Darker" right now, you can pick a more vanilla version that will make things display better (but be white).

for the record, I've been using Google Chrome for the last several months, and I've been posting, here and there, for that time... Not to mention, I still READ this site. It wasn't until yesterday that I notice the weird border, the missing misty background and the added inch...

Here's a screen shot, of what I see:

Also, this is DGN in Internet Explorer 8, with the compatibility button clicked:

also, I don't know if this matters, but I have a 15 inch screen with the screen resolution set to 1024 x 768
