^I don't know what you guys are talking about! Thems the bestest candy that's not a Reese's or sugared violets.

I don't care much for crystallized ginger. I thought I did until I actually ate enough of it to feel sick. I am fairly sure that no matter how one candies a cockroach, I won't be able to eat it without immediate emetic consequences.

Anything with peanut butter is disgusting in my eyes...also deadly, since it would kill me. Caramel and butterscotch too also give me the skin crawlies...ICK!!!

The only chocolates that I enjoy are Valomilks and Milky Bars (Brit).

What's with all this hate towards old candies; I loooooove black liquourice...only if its super potent (no plastic-y twizzlers, thanks). To all those who hate the liquourice, you need to try Teenee Beanee Luxor Licorice...and tell me you don't become addicted to the stuff afterwards!!! Then you'll be chewing BlackJack gum, gorging Crows, and popping Liquourice altoids like they were crack in no time :wink

Licorice is generally black in color because licorice is a flavor not a shape. I hate when people say red licorice because theres no such thing. Its a cherry vine or whip but the shape doesnt make it licorice. What the hell is pillow candy?

Anything with peanut butter, ribbon candy, buttered popcorn jelly belly jelly beans. Those made me throw up once they were so gross!

Licorise candy though...YUM! I grew up with that. The Allsorts especially remind me of my Nana. The candy store by my house even called them 'Robbie's Licorise'.

i hate chocolate-mints, anything with coconut or peanuts or other weird chunky bits in it, anything with too many things combined at once (like snickers - more crap does not equal better), licorice, crappy milk chocolate, chocolate & orange together, and anything grape or cherry flavored.

i've never had the grandma candy referenced above... i don't care if it's right out of the bag; it looks like i might find a paperclip, piece of lint, and a penny in the bowl at any moment. no thanks.

I ate a cirus peanut once when my sister was little and wanted me to eat one. I forced that peanut down like I was going to die eating it.

I don't like Jelly Beans AT all. YUCCCCH!

What's all this hatin' on peanut butter???

What makes me bleah: Nougat...seriously, what the fuck IS nougat: putrefied barf?

What makes me scream heresy: Jelly eggs...just like when you pump crops full of chemicals to make them bigger, the flavour is lost. I'd rather pick my own beans from a wild jelly bush (them are hard to come by these days).

Jeesh. I like everything everyone else dissed that I've read today excepting the chocolate covered cherries. Those and Cadbury eggs prove that something can be made too sweet. Otherwise, the only things I find disgusting are the bacon jellybeans my brother bought me for my birthday and the Harry Potter themed Jelly Belly in flavors like earwax. But the dirt ones were pretty good, though. I never had the guts to try the vomit flavored ones.

Yep, I love sugar. I'd probably like chocolate chipotle grasshoppers. I think I'm a candy addict.

Oh, and circus peanuts are so much better stale. When yours are old and crusty, Iris, pass them to me.
