Leland City Club

400 Bagley Street

Downtown Detroit

You enter by going through an unmarked door on the First Street side of The Leland Hotel building just before the gated parking area on the side of the building nearest 1st Street. The club is at the top of the stairwell. (see picture in the link above in the DGN calendar entry)

All are welcome. Come meet some of us weirdos.

Saturday nights from 10:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.

Alcoholic drinks until 2:00 a.m., pop and juices served all night.

Admission is $4

18 and up, 21 to drink with proper ID (no exceptions).

No drugs, weapons, chains or spikes.

In case you don't know the "DGN Corner" is to the right of the bar. Currently theres a table, pillar and white couch there, impossible to miss. Come say hello. If no one is there, stay there, they will show up.

Yay! Shaping up to be a good night with greats Deejays and lots of people! Even Musashi will be in glorious attendance (the attendance being glorious, not Musashi, that would be conceited). Sucks I may be driving down there by myself as I don't wanna be stuck leaving at 2:30 A.M. when all the weak decide they want food (though I may be willing to leave early for sex...maybe)

Now if only there were something to do a little closer to Waterford during the week (I'd go to Something Cold tonight, but can only really afford one trip out to Detroit per week I think.) Anyone else notice my constant overuse of parenthases?

Bleh! My posse all bailed on me! Go by myself? Fine, but someone has to say hi to me when I'm there. I'll have a grey tank top on. Or no shirt depending on the time. Bah! I always feel so awkward going by myself.

I definitely got bailed on last minute, too, but I ended up seeing some people I knew through mutual friends there and had a BLAST. I was so nervous to go alone. But it was so fun! Met a bunch of new people right when I got there in the smoke room too- smoke room is the best social place, no joke! :D
