Sewing help!

Alright, I've been trying to finish my Halloween costume, but my skirt needs to be finished getting adjusted. TheOsakaKoneko already helped me out by pinning the skirt in 3 spots where it just needs to be sewn to about halfway down the skirt, and then it just needs to be ironed over so it is pleated like the rest of the skirt.

I was hoping my mom would help me out and use her sewing machine to show me how to do it (it will seriously take like 15 minutes, I think) but she refuses to give me an idea of when she can help me.

And knowing her, we'd end up just safety pinning it the day I need to wear it.

So basically, my question is...can anyone, who knows how to use a sewing machine, help me out by just helping me sew 3 little parts on my skirt? I'll bring you coffee or cookies or whatever you'd like, if you can!

It would be much appreciated.

I'd rather get it done before Devil's Night.

Well, my mom brought up sewing it so we'll see how it goes...if she doesn't show any motivation by next week, I'll need to find someone or it wont get done.

Silly girl, I know I've said I'm busy, but it won't take long, and you live so close! XD Heck, you can come by again tomorrow, same time as last week, if you want! We'll get you all taken care of in a jiffy! (Shoulda just done it while you were there before...oops.)

EDIT: If you come by on Thursday for Craft Night, everyone always looooooves cookies!! lol Stick around and have dinner/pizza/whatever we eat with us and just hang out, if you like, bring anything else you have to work on, if anything. You don't have to, of course, and you don't really have to bring cookies. Just sayin'.

I would come by tomorrow, but I'm starting up my dance classes again this week (they kept nagging me until I gave them a day I'd start up), and its Thursdays from 7:30-8:30. My friend is also visiting from college, so I'm seeing her after. But if my mom doesn't sew it by next Thursday...maybe I could come by after my dance class?
