Tonight! We're back at it for our third night since the move to Mondays! I've gotta say it's been great so far. The crowds has been a bit bigger, everyone's been staying a bit later and all of us dj's have been having a blast

Tonight, special guest DJ Glamazon joins us on the decks! As always, No Cover, crazy drink specials and great music!

I was messing around with some filters / shapes and made this "generic" Mondays flier. Added it to the topic post, i hope thats ok. Also added the night to the DGN calendar.

Also added this even to the DGN CALENDAR, (should be showing up in the "upcoming events" line at the bottom of the main page also.

Actually made it down there, yay. (with Kats expert navigation after I got half lost on the way) Was nice to see some friendly faces.

And hey, now I know who Phil is, friendly guy had a good talk.

This is a good example of how much promotion it takes to get people to post, i talked to at least 7 people (only had 7 cards so i lost count) and at least 6 of them said they'd post at least something about "I was there had a good time." or something short.. ta da.. big shock.. zero. hah. Not bitter about it, been doing it for years , sometimes its like 20 to 1 before you end up with a warm body. But, just the process tends to get people thinking about a place(s) more than they would if you didn't bring it up, both the place they are at and DGN.

I'd be getting ready right now if I had someone to go with I contacted 7 .. count em 7 , SEVEN ,people, and all had either no response or some reason why they couldn't go. (another 5 or so I didn't even bother with since I know what the answer is gonna be (some excuse, some valid i'm sure), or the non-answer, cant be bothered to respond) I'd go by myself but I'm already putting myself at risk too much flying solo at night on a long drive once a week with my health issues its not the best idea. (although I seem to be getting better) There are only so many people that live over here , the rest already live on that side of town so thats no good. GRR. Need teleporter.

My plan was to try and get down there (and drag a friend, which I almost have to for various reasons) but I'm so depressed having no Pleasure Kitten at CC Saturday (see pinned post) I dunno if I can cheer up enough, hah. I really need to find someone that lives right here by me or right on the way to go to this, by Monday I'm still in a coma from saturday, and being downtown by myself in that state is bad enough on Saturday when I'm (usually) "in good shape" but on Monday I totally need a babysitter. /ponders. (I could make it to "the other Monday place" blindfolded)

Next Monday, we're celebrating the birthday of our fearless leader and one of the owners of Northern Lights, Kegger. The amount of silliness in store for next week is unparalleled. Rumor has it I'll be both bar tending *and* DJ'ing. Wacky stuff, kids. Hope you guys can make it!
