We srsly need a neighborhood like this, but for us folk who shit bats . Take a moment to put a mental image of it in your head. We could even take over a small sector of the worst area in Detroit so we can get all post-apocalyptic with this shit. I'd would be immensely more happy and properly social 24/7 if everyone in the three-four surrounding blocks were DGNers.

My friend Crazy Davey already started and has a heaping pile of glorious decaying Victorian-style wonderment on Danbury (think that's the street) at 7 Mile and John R. We need to follow suit and just start buying houses out of there for $500 a pop. Then at the end of the block we could have a club that ISN'T CC and nobody would be able to complain about it being too far away .

OR if Detroit is too intense for most people who aren't me, I already started taking over south Warren, just need to buy more houses so I can rent them out. There, that's what I'll do, just keep on swooping up houses and renting them out to DGNers until we have a decent ratio of members to non-members in my neighborhood.

Or I can STFU...and get back to compiling these mailing lists at the office here...
