Heya, here's a great belly dance event going on in May. Workshops for beginners and for those already learned in the arts. There's also going to be some African dance workshops there as well.

Another reason to NOT say that there's nothing to do and there's nothing going on.

Also... hot belly dancers...

AND, friends of mine from Boheme Tribal Belly Dance in Kalamazoo will be there including Erik Konig who is an accomplished belly dancer and is NOT gay, so says his wife who runs the troupe So d00des shouldn't feel ashamed to go to this.

Thanks for the link. It looks like I have a date with Destiny that weekend! No, I'm serious. It's not a romantic date. I wouldn't book a romantic date with my brother's love interest. I'm not that kind of twisted. But Destiny has agreed to attend with me even though she is fully aware that I can't dance and look completely the fool when I try. Oh, and she is signing up for the show on Friday night to do some Hawaiian dancing which did not yet look to be represented on the roster. So, cool.
