So he thinks if you pay $100 a week and it fell to $0 it would continue to fall to the point where the insurance companies pay you $2900 a week for the privilege of insuring you.

There are only two parties. The Republican/Democrats and the Libertarians, all the other groups if teamed together wouldn't equal a party just a shindig.
