Roommate needed in Ferndale!

Hey guys, I'm looking for a roommate (male or female, straight, gay, whatever) to share 2 bedroom first floor flat with me and my very friendly dog (must be pet free though, only one pet is allowed). Everything is furnished except the room that is for rent. Share kitchen/bath/basement storage, etc. Nicely decorated, hardwood floors. Walk to downtown Ferndale bars, restaurants and shopping. I'm 40 (but act younger) work days M-F and go out often. I would prefer someone in their 30s or over (but would consider younger if mature). Must be securely employed, dog friendly, responsible, non smoker or outside smoker. $375/mo plus 1/2 utilities (landlord pays water). No security deposit required. Must meet landlord approval - she does verify employment and does a background check (she's really cool though). Please email for more info or to set up a time to see the flat.
